Starting her journey at Fresno State University, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees, Yolanda has significantly impacted the educational field through her roles as a teacher, assistant principal, middle school principal, and high school principal. Her drive and leadership skills eventually led her to district-level leadership as an Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction.
With a decade of experience as Superintendent, she has demonstrated steadfast leadership, catalyzing significant academic advancements as well as facility and community development within the Cutler-Orosi School District. Beyond her administrative achievements, Yolanda's active participation in numerous committees and organizations underscores her commitment to proactive leadership. Her career not only illustrates her pivotal role in transforming educational practices but also her dedication to mentoring and inspiring future generations of educational leaders.
