Research and lived experiences have shown that leaders who prioritize community and collaboration, possess the ability to focus and prioritize effectively, and utilize intuition are more likely to foster trust, cultivate positive work cultures, and achieve ambitious goals. Join us for an enlightening session based on the work of neuroscientist Shonte Jovan Taylor as we delve into the fascinating realm of the female brain and its connection to effective leadership. This session will explore the physical and physiological characteristics of the female brain that uniquely equip women for successful leadership roles.
